AI Search Visibility
What it does and what it gives you
Measures how often and in what context your brand, products or competitors are mentioned in answers from AI search engines and chatbots like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google Gemini. You see brand presence, link presence, sentiment, position and competitor comparison.
How to use it
- Go to AI Search Visibility (also called LLM Tracker in the menu).
- Fill in your brand name.
- Fill in product names and competitors, one per line.
- Fill in your category, e.g. "SEO software" or "solar panels".
- Adjust the example questions or use the default set with
{category}placeholders. - Choose the platforms to scan (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini).
- Set the frequency (manual or scheduled).
- Click Save Settings then Run Scan.
- Review the results: is your brand mentioned, at what position, with what sentiment, and which competitors are mentioned?
Example
You have a SaaS company "BrightSEO". You fill in: category "SEO software", competitors "Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz". After the scan you see BrightSEO is mentioned in 2 of 15 questions, usually after competitors. The advice is to create more top-of-funnel content and earn backlinks from authoritative sources.
Potential issues & solutions
- Scan gives no results: check if your brand name is exact and if you have enough AI credits/quota.
- Results seem random: AI answers are non-deterministic; use multiple scans and compare trends.
- Your brand is never mentioned: this often means there's little online authority or content yet; focus on brand building and PR.
