Yes, but we recommend using one plugin as your primary SEO tool. Duplicate sitemaps, schemas and redirects can cause conflicts.
Check if your license is active and if your tier grants access to that menu. Trial and DEV tiers show all menus.

The Editor Assistant only works in Gutenberg. The SEO meta box works in both Gutenberg and the classic editor.

Yes, via Settings → Advanced you can disable the full-page dashboard shell. The menus will still appear in the standard WordPress admin.
