Activate License

What it does and what it gives you

The Connection page links your WordPress site to your Fyndable license. Only after activation do the rest of the menus appear and AI and data features become available.

How to use it (step by step)

  1. Log in as administrator in WordPress.
  2. Click Fyndable → Connection in the left menu.
  3. Fill in the Dashboard URL field, e.g. https://saas.yourdomain.com.
  4. Paste your license key into the designated field.
  5. Click Activate License.
  6. Wait for the green checkmark. The menu will be rebuilt.

Example

You received a license with key fynd_abc123. Fill in Dashboard URL https://dashboard.yourliveenvironment.com and click activate. After 2-3 seconds, Dashboard, Keywords and Site Audit appear.

Potential issues & solutions

  • "Invalid license": check that the key has no spaces and the dashboard URL is correct (including https://).
  • "Could not connect": the client must be able to reach the SaaS dashboard. Check if your server allows wp_remote_get/post and no firewall blocks the dashboard.
  • Menu stays empty: reload the page (Ctrl+F5) or deactivate and reactivate the license.
