What it does and what it gives you

Checks if your content meets Google's E-E-A-T guidelines: Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness. Important for YMYL topics (health, finance, legal).

How to use it

  1. Open the E-E-A-T accordion in the editor.
  2. Click Analyze.
  3. Review the scores per pillar.
  4. Add author information, sources, dates and evidence where needed.

Example

You publish an article about "mortgage rates". E-E-A-T detects no author or sources. Add an author with financial background and link to authoritative sources.

Potential issues & solutions

  • Score stays low: ensure a comprehensive author bio, external sources and up-to-date information.
